We would absolutely recommend Made in the Shade. Kim was very quick to respond to our initial contact as well to any calls or texts throughout the process. With all the numerous choices of products, colors, textures, and designs, this could have been a very overwhelming process but Kim was able to help us quickly narrow down what we wanted. She listened to us and figured out what we wanted even when we didn’t know the proper “lingo”. We are so happy with our living room shades that we have asked her to come back and help us with our kitchen. Thank you, Kim!!
