Kim and Randy were very thorough in their explanation of products and with their measurements. The decision process was seamless. The blinds came in earlier than anticipated. The scheduling process was easy. They are meticulous in installing and cleaning up, putting everything back in its place. I would definitely, highly, recommend Made in the Shade.
